young adult bible class

7pm Wednesday nights young adults ages 18-40 first meet in the main auditorium for 10 minutes to sing songs of praise, catch up on mid-week notes of interest and pause for prayer and devotion. At 7:10pm they reconvene in the large classroom in the fellowship hall located downstairs on the East end of the building. The class is taught by Brother James Barker. This class gives young adults an opportunity to interact with one another and discuss topics that are relevant to their daily walk with Jesus. The instructor surveys the group periodically to stay current on themes that are practical to the group.

Colossians 1:10-12 "...so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light."

women's bible study

This is a time for women to learn more about God and our savior, Jesus Christ, through a small-group, in-home Bible study.  Our goals are to encourage one another to grow closer to God and each other through discussion, prayer, and sharing life-experiences and "to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God." Ephesians 3:19

(Women's Bible Study will reconvene 3pm, Thursday, October 25th at Alyssa Schreder’s home.)

children's bible class

Exploring God's word through Bible scripture, singing, and hands-on projects. Through these mediums children learn about God's love; the life of His Son, Jesus Christ; and His examples of love and compassion. Children learn respect for their parents and teachers, develop friendships and love for peers, and practice kindness for those who are in need. We do this because Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)
